When you purchase coaching services or training from Healers Academy (DBA of Abundant Life Path University LLC), you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following statements and that you wish to proceed.
All coaching services and communications—whether via email, phone, or otherwise—delivered by Healers Academy, Abundant Life Path University LLC, and all associated staff, as well as content on our website (www.thehealers.academy), are intended to help you identify areas in your life, mindset, and habits that may be limiting your ability to experience greater well-being and forward movement.
Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care or medical treatment. Our services are designed to support individuals who are already healing or have healed from major emotional and psychological wounds.

Healers Academy maintains the highest standards of service, professionalism, and ethical care for all clients.
You acknowledge that the training and coaching you receive from Healers Academy and its associates are not a replacement for mental health or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or medical conditions. Healers Academy and its associates do not serve in the role of licensed counselors, therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals.
For legal purposes, please note that life coaches are currently not regulated by any governmental authority in the United States. (Check your local laws if you reside outside the U.S.)
You are fully responsible for your well-being during coaching and training sessions, including the choices and decisions you make thereafter.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or substance abuse treatment, and should not be used in place of such services.
Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas offered by Healers Academy are intended to support the goals that you define. Results are not guaranteed.
If business or career development is part of your work with us, please understand that Healers Academy makes no guarantees regarding increased clientele, revenue, or business success.
Your information will remain confidential unless:
You accept the risks related to using digital platforms such as email, messaging apps, phone, or video conferencing.
By engaging in our services, you release and discharge Abundant Life Path University LLC, Healers Academy, their associates, successors, and employees from all claims or demands for damages related to coaching or training. This release is binding for your heirs and representatives.
Healers Academy is a sacred space that values respect, integrity, and energetic safety. All participants are expected to uphold the standards of this community whether engaging in virtual events, groups, or coursework.
All Healers Academy classes and courses are delivered digitally. Content—including videos, workbooks, and instructions—is accessible via our online learning platform and can be completed at your own pace.
Due to limited capacity, cancellations are only allowed up to 30 days before the training start date. This allows us to offer the seat to another participant. Please assess your commitment before registering.
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the start of a course.
Once the course begins, tuition is non-refundable. However, if you experience a verified emergency (such as death in the immediate family, hospitalization, or other critical event), your full tuition—minus a $250 transfer fee—may be credited toward a future training.
Documentation will be required, and approval is at the discretion of a Healers Academy advisor.
Note: There are no refunds for non-attendance, personal conflicts, or failure to complete the program.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States of America. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Georgia.
